From my perspective, MSmg hasn't come through on:

I've heard from a Global Moderator some slurs are always against the Terms of Use.

But the slur wasn't meant to be discriminatory, only meant to be just a slur.

I agree, if a slur is not directed at someone and is being used as an example or describing what someone else said, a ban is completely unreasonable. But see this requires thought and not simple knee jerk reaction to a word that someone finds offensive.

Some people get banned for a lot less than even slurs , I got a 48 hour ban for telling someone to "stop crying" on a meme that I made that they decided to comment on and moan and complain about it.. you're right, Let stream Moderators decide how to handle their own situations , that way person bias doesn't start to interfere with the TOS.

Sitemods are users too, and been users for a slight wee bit more longer than since you've joined.
