1. The Dims killed the 2023 House bill that would have secured the border. Oh, you hadn't even heard of that? Thank the media that lies to your daily for your lack of info on that one.

It's Biden and the Dims who want open borders, and MORE PROOF is the fact that the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 212(f) gives the POTUS the power to secure the border any time he wants, but Demented Joe won't do it. Why is that Stanley? Because the INA 212(f) is a fact.

For your information (since the lying media won't tell you) the relative part of INA 212(f) follows:

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem appropriate."

So not only could Demented Joe reinstate every Trump border policy that he voided, he has the authority based on the Immigration Nationality Act, section 212(f) to secure the border right now, if he wanted.
