Does anyone remember the last time that leftist hysterics were right about anything?

It's something that our leftists seem to overlook. Temperature extremes do happen . . . hot and cold; and these batteries-only systems can't deal.

I live where I'm told I'll need a block heater in my engine block to keep the oil warm. My garage couldn't do that with my model car so instead I opted for a battery warmer I'll plug in at work when I go back next week. We are expecting a pretty cold week and my experience is I had more problems with my battery than having the oil thin enough to turn over.

There are certain of examples of vehicles being used in extreme cold like the Arctic or Antarctica in various story telling media - John Carpenter's The Thing. A cut scene in the video game Resident Evil: Code Veronica, and all other examples that I can't think of at the moment. Imagine how these scenes would turn out if the vehicles were EV instead of diesel.

It would be interesting to have a movie featured around this very thing . . . demonstrating both the reality and the consequences.

That's why they had to start labeling it Climate Change; because the up and down extremes just would not cooperate with their leftist propaganda.

Yep, not only are there extremes of WEATHER issues, but also anyone can do the research and basic math and realize that it costs massively more to go EV while INCREASING the damage to the environment via more required mining and refining processes. Perhaps this is why leftists are now calling math racist.

I highly encourage all dems buy electric vehicles and move to Alaska. I want you all to be happy. I know if you all move, I will also be happy.
