Totally disregard that Trump was against Germany/ Europe becoming dependent upon Russian gas and giving the resulting political power to Russia. He imposed sanctions on the company building the NordStream 2 gas pipeline from Russia to stop it. Biden removed the sanctions.

Trump also badgered NATO members to contribute their full share. Strengthening NATO meant Trump was NOT compromised by Russia.

He wanted it to be an equitable agreement. Most member nations were not meeting the 2% GDP contribution. By threatening to withdraw, he achieved that. The result was a stronger NATO. Trump compromised by Russia is total BS. Hillary is the one compromised by Russia’s huge speaking fee to Bill by Russian entities and contributions the their fund.
