I am currenty drawing a pencil portrait of a person for my art class right now. We had an option to do 'bubble paint' for our background. Basically what we had to do for the background was mix soap and whatever color paint we wanted, use a straw and blow the mixure over the top of the cup, and set our art on top of the cup, and it left a really cool bubble-ly print on our background!

Sorry I am guessing you dont care but everytime I see this I think of my art project lol

Someone said that this meme was on Memenade, but I found it by looking it up and on a different meme website. It did not have any connection to Memenade/memes uploaded to him. I do sometimes watch his videos, and he says that he gets people to send in memes, not necessarily make them. I could be wrong, but I didn't mean to copy/steal it from him.
