Amen bro. Also, Julius Caesar was assassinated by democrats, and democrats invented slavery and freezer burn.
You can call it an insurrection or say it wasn’t. Regardless, he wasn’t found guilty of inciting an insurrection yet, so it was lawfully wrong to remove him off a ballot.
It says if they engaged in an insurrection, then they’re disqualified. It’s still an ongoing debate of whether trump incited the insurrection or if it was a protest he called that grew to an insurrection.
