Again, you seem confused about our three branches of government - there is no responsibility to report misdeeds committed in the halls of Congress to the President, because it is a co-equal power with the executive.
The buck literally stops with Mike Johnson if the "misdeed" happened in the House, or with Chuck Schumer if it happened in the Senate.
