the budapest argument is a neocon argument to justify their agenda.
i believe the Budapest memorandum was in the 90's.
our state department has done a LOT of meddling in Ukraine since then.
look into the Minsk accords both 1 and 2 and how our state department handled them.
look into the 2014 US backed coup (sold to americans as a revolution) and the recordings of state department victoria nuland,basically admitting that fact.
the reason,and this is my assumption here,that some people are inclined to agree with the Budapest argument,is because they themselves are honorable and honor their promises.
so kudos for being a stand up dude my friend.
our government,however,is not.
