Leftist Logic: Their Solution for Shitty Countries

What if I told you that the US and other colonial powers are largely at fault for those countries sucking in the first place.

You know, your "evidence" of that is awful, right? If you took America out of the picture in the first place and all of its innovations how far along exactly do you think all these other countries would be? You think every other country would just be WAKANDA without the United States? You live in a fantasy land.

The fact that you're saying "not sure" is not promising. It could've been worse off! People around the world aren't generally a bunch of flower children holding hands and singing "peace" throughout the live long day.

The way I've heard it about Africa is that white people actually didn't last long on the ground there. It's not a great environment for humans in general but black people are more prone to sickle-cell anemia which oddly has the added effect of making them more able to deal with malaria which is rampant there.

Most white people wouldn't last longer than a year in the continent until drugs and other ways of dealing with diseases as well as environment were invented. So if they were able to do all the crap you say before that year cut-off time when they died that's actually pretty impressive.

And no, we did not just go over there for the slave trade and hide behind the bushes and kidnap some tribesmen here and there. That's cartoonish anyway but for the aforementioned reasons that was impossible as well. In the triangular trade tribesmen were sold to us and really to Muslims by other tribesmen. And the slave trade is still in practice in much of the non-western world.

So if you were a tribesman who was sold into slavery that strongly suggests you weren't free to begin with. I'm going to doubt that we had as much to do with Africa's current state or even atrocities you level at us as you say.

You hear of the Rwandan genocide, for example? Not us. There are other things. If you'd read a history that wasn't so eurocentric you'd find that actually most of what was done against Africans was done by Africans. That's a fact. And Africans right now are f*cking up South Africa and murdering white people. Calling for their deaths. Then when they f*ck up the farms they stole they ask the white owners back! It's ridiculous!

Just because you can find certain amounts given in foreign aid here and there up until WWII that doesn't mean we were propping nations up or engaging in nation building as we were after WWII. I don't know if you know this but the U.S. wasn't founded as a nation building state and that's not how it's supposed to be run. At all.

Plenty a European country has had its hazing process in terms of the United States from Ireland to Italy. I think it's clear you think that's a problem. I'm thinking it's more complicated than that.
