Ah, but WHAT IS a woman?
I got jokes!
As a human being, I believe:
Mother's life vs baby's life, or both/either of their lives being at stake, is a personal decision for one to make and is a healthcare choice.
Example: ectopic pregnancy.
Reasons other than life/death reasons aren't health care choices.
"Recreational abortions" are debated as though no different than having a wart removed and are not healthcare based.
The notion that it is not a human life being murdered/killed/aborted, pick your euphemism, is what I find very disturbing even though I realize it is broadcast and repeated as a means to assuage guilt.
Women have the legal ability, women have the medical capability, they at least should be held accountable by society for the financial responsibility for their personal irresponsibility.
