a 105 lb woman can not defend her self against a 260 lb rapist.

Non lethal has been proven ineffective against people that want to kill, rape, or rob you. Women that tried non lethal alternatives were raped and murdered. Would not have happened if they were armed with a side arm.

That x26 is the top of the line, nonlethal is not effective. It has been proven over and over. The only thing that makes non lethal more effective is when it is made to be lethal.

It wasn't just a matter of how they compare to to today's guns, the purpose of the Second Amendment was to conscript militia at moment's notice because the US couldn't afford an army. And not only were they to serve for free, they had to supply their own arms and ammo.

The guns were military grade weapons, they were exactly what the military used in war. There is nothing in the constiution that defines what "arms" fall under the 2nd. Anyways , you can have the last word, I am not going to continue this conversation because I feel like I am talking in circles.

In Chicago guns are practically outlawed, yet the murder rate is very high. The same in New Orleans and many other Democrat cities.

In Plano Texas where everyone has a gun the murder rate is close to zero.

You know that civilians in Mexico are not allowed to own guns? Yet the cartels wage wars with fully automatic weapons and military equipment against police.
