The Left is changing word meanings all over the place. For instance, your example: “whatever-phobia”. They have associated disagreement with fear. What the left calls “______”-phobia is most often simply a strong aversion to, or disagreement with. The Left is too intellectually lazy to find the right word to use, so they adopt a word to their cause and change its meaning.
Makes sense, since they believe a person can change gender. What’s the big deal about changing a word’s meaning, if changing genders is possible?

Part of the definition of phobia is a strong aversion to something. So you're proving that people who use that term are using it correctly

It has it's origin with the disproven theory that those who protest homosexual are afraid that they might be homosexuals. So they called it homophobia even though it has been proved that fear of one's own fear of being a latent homosexual is just not factual.

So now the left uses phobia for everything. It's just like how they almost redefined the word insurrection.

No one, absolutely no one, has a fear they might a latent transgender. It is such a complete misuse of the suffix phobia.
