Always. I recommend it to everyone. I'm glad they're getting a little bit more mainstream lately. They were on the cover of a Google play plus ad recently, and several streamers and let's players have played some of them now.

I'm primarily drawn to the surrealism of it. I've always wanted more surrealism in gaming and they always pull it off perfectly and balance the mild horror elements with occasional comedic relief very well too.

Their puzzles also never feel like a chore or overly obscure the way other point and click or room escape games can sometimes.

This! The story is fantastic, and I love how it weaves throughout the games, and the overall art direction just adds more! I have VERY few negative things to say about it, when I’m asked what my favorite video game is, I almost always answer with Rusty Lake Paradox. If I had one wish it would be to go back and play Paradox for the first time again! 😅
