This is something that has been on my mind. It must have been both an immense, expensive, and very visible task to train hundreds of HAMAS terrorists to use those machines without wrecking them and killing themselves and yet neither our intelligence services nor MOSAD had any hint whatsoever that this was happening?

For that matter, the parts were very specific and in quantities . . . and yet nobody noticed a pattern? I smell a variety of rats.
