When OJ was acquitted, it was perceived as Social Justice to potential rioters,
so when there was "Justice" in the verdict, the potential rioters were soothed into peaceful actions in "Rejoicing" over the verdict ?

So, if that's the case; rejoicing is directly correlated with individually perceived Justice, and rioting is directly correlated with individually perceived injustice.

Someone on this thread took the discussion to a comparison with a "cop and a traffic stop", and now "with a felony warrant" and on a meme denoting the absence of riots in the OJ case...

Just to verify the facts of a traffic stop that involved a cop or two in the same county that led to riots;
Was Mr. Rodney King:
a) speeding and then evaded a traffic stop by evading at high speed,
or
b) Did he experience a routine traffic stop, then fled the scene at over 100+mph in an attempt to evade arrest?

What was the initial impetus for the attention of the police to be drawn to Mr. King?

Does this correlation work? Riots/cops/attempted traffic stop.
