Whether or not its a human or lizard doesn't matter, what matters is the fact that it has human proportions and is clearly a antro animal that is currently in a nude state. (i will pull out the dictionary to prove to you that nudity is not purely subjective to humans)

Well of course nudity isn’t specific to humans. That isn’t the issue. This isn’t a sexualized drawing, you don’t see any lizard-bits, you don’t see any humanlike-bits. That would cause an issue. This is not a concern.
