Without context, it is a very funny scene. Of course, the truth of the matter of adjusting the mic wire which goes inside your shirt and tucked along your beltline, so the battery pack can attach to your belt, isn't great for comedy. But I love the way Sacha Baron Cohen and his "daughter" (Maria Bakalova) stayed in character as bumbling inexperienced reporters to help adjust Rudy's wire made a very funny comedy scene.
