YouTube Punishes Channel For ‘Harmful And Dangerous’ Video Quoting Hillary Clinton

Quoting Hillary saying there was election interference and that her election was stolen. The same things Trump has been brought up on charges for saying.

A YouTube spokesman did not answer The Federalist’s question of exactly what information in the video was ‘demonstrably false.’

I mean, maybe storming the capital shirtless and causing property damage all over the place isn't a good way to deal with questioning the legitimacy of the election?

Years of prison for being part of a violent protest seems like a lot. So, it seems like political intimidation.

It looks like the justice system is being used by one political party against another. It looks like they want to intimidate anyone who speaks against the reigning establishment, like Trump and his followers do.

It looks like that if you don't actually look at it.

Not a single one of them was arrested and charged for anything that they did. Not one.

They were arrested and charged and found guilty of the actions they took.

They could have stayed home and talked till they were blue in the face about the election being stolen and nothing would have happened.

They could have stayed down at the ellipse, hung out, chanted about the election, and gone to a nearby bar to talk more shit about the election being stolen and nothing would have happened.

And keep in mind, a prosecutor has to present the evidence to a Grand Jury of regular people, and they have to sign off on the charges.

Then the defenses and the prosecution have to agree on who will be in the jury.

And those juries found them guilty of their actions. They were convicted by their fellow citizens.

So, that means that the grand juries have to be "in on it" along with the regular juries. AND the defense attorneys have to be "in on it" to make sure the 'right people' get picked for jury duty.

And there's been 100s of these cases, so all those 100s of grand juries and regular juries would have to be in on it, along with all the defense attorneys.

So, when you take a moment to think about this, it doesn't 'look like it' at all.

So when people are upset about something they should just stay home and post about it? Make sure you tell that to BLM next time one of their thugs gets their self killed and they want to burn city blocks down.

Did I say that?

Point to where I said that.

In a nut shell. " They could have stayed home and talked till they were blue in the face about the election being stolen and nothing would have happened.

They could have stayed down at the ellipse, hung out, chanted about the election, and gone to a nearby bar to talk more shit about the election being stolen and nothing would have happened."

If you are upset about something , don't do anything .. simply talk about it until you are blue in the face..

Yeah.

Keep talking.

Keep peacefully protesting.

But it does sound like you're defending and even justifying the violence of the Jan 6th Insurrection.

Are you defending an attempt to overthrow the US Constitution and the duly elected officials?

LoL an unarmed insurrection? you sound like CNN, kid LoL Remember your own words when another thug gets himself killed so you decide to burn down another city.

Let me be clear: if there is evidence that a crime was committed, it should be investigated. If the culprits can be identified, they should be indicted and arrested. Then have their day in court.

This includes during a protest.

Like this one: https://www.wsls.com/news/virginia/2020/07/27/police-richmond-riots-instigated-by-white-supremacists-disguised-as-black-lives-matter/

And this one: https://abcnews.go.com/US/man-helped-ignite-george-floyd-riots-identified-white/story?id=72051536

Turns out that 93%ish of BLM protests were peaceful, https://time.com/5886348/report-peaceful-protests/

It sounds like you are justifying the blm violence and looting and rioting and destruction of property and seditious acts, and various other crimes.
1 up, 1y
Rioting, looting and murder is fine with him as long as they vote like he does..
1 up, 1y
Your entire party advocates crime, then to deepen your hypocrisy your lind claims "anarcho communism" then screams for people that tried to fight against the government "terrorists" . You can't take the moral high ground while claiming BLM protests were "mostly peaceful" as 2 billion in property damages were accrued and 20 people were left dead in the wake of it.

It seems like you want to assert that Jan 6 protesters are being treated fairly.

Fair is a subjective term, really.

There was evidence they committed crimes. There was an investigation. Then a trial. They were found guilty by a jury of their peers. Many of the j6th defendants are receiving lower sentences than the recommended sentencing guidelines.

Is that fair?

Being legal does not make something moral.
