I can believe that; because it's a surreal response from a life-long politician. Responding to a disaster is a template situation. They have files on appropriate responses. All his handlers had to do when they first heard about the scale of the disaster was pull some, hand them to Dementia Man, and let his wife decide upon his response. Problem solved . . . except that they did not do it that way. Very strange!
