So Biden goes to Utah. The FBI seeks out and finds an elderly man in Utah who made disparaging remarks on social media about Democrats. They kick in the man's door and shoot and kill him. How is this not the Gestapo?

Several FBI agents were at the Capitol Bldg on Jan 6th. The leader of that group of Fed, Ray Epps, gives the signal and all of the agents when into action trying to get the protestors to riot and go into the Capitol Bldg. Some follow the FBI into the Capitol Bldg and parts of the Capitol Bldg gets damaged.

Later that day the Dims announce that an "insurrection" happened and they blame Trump for words he never said, in a speech that they refused to air on the news. Then all good little Dims start with the new mantra of "insurrection". It didn't matter than NO ONE was armed. It was NOT an attempt to over throw the government and that the entire event was orchestrated by the FBI under the direction of the Democrat Party and the Biden Campaign.

Then the FBI opened multiple investigations on parents who protested certain school policies, including mask mandates. The FBI claimed that those parents were "domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act". School districts are part of the local city or county governments. They have NOTHING to do with the Federal Government. And since when is protesting school policy considered terrorism???

You do know that first amendment trumps the Patriot Act. It is not just freedom of speech that is the issue. It is freedom of speech and the right "to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". both of which are found in the 1st amendment.

As far as I know the FBI has never ever been used as a Gestapo by any political party ever before. I know they used to keep an eye on communists but that was during the cold war and the Soviet Union had made threats against the United States. So they monitored communists.

So why didn't the Jan 6th committee ever come down hard on him? Shouldn't Epps be sitting in a prison cell along with all of the other rioters? Why does he get to skate?

I suppose you are not aware of something called mob-mentality. It happens with any large group of people regardless of political affiliation or lack of political affiliation. It is very easy to manipulate a large gathering of people. You could have a huge group of Albert Einsteins and the mob-mentality would still drop the collective IQ to about 10 or 15. It just happens.

Even so, Epps and the Feds were only able to persuade a small number, considering the number of people who showed up to protest.

The night before, when he was caught on video, trying to get people to go into the Capitol, those people immediately recognized what he was doing and who he was. They started chanting, "Fed, Fed, Fed, Fed..."

I know you have been programmed to say "insurrectionist" but just for a moment, think about that. Think about what an insurrection is. Think about all of the planning that has to go into creating an actual insurrection. Think about what the goal of insurrections are.

You don't show up to protest voter fraud and then have about 5% of that group get pulled off at the last minute to start an insurrection. It just isn't done that way.

If those people were truly insurrections then they will also be suicidal because even IF they were armed (which they weren't and all insurrections in the past have been) they were just not a large enough group to actually succeed. The Capitol Police and the National Guard would have shut them down immediately. Instead the Capitol Police were all in on it. That's why they opened the doors for the rioters. That's why they didn't try to stop anyone.

Also, why were all of those people in Washington DC that day? Did they come to "overthrow" the government? Where they all Antifa members whose actual goal IS to overthrow the government?

Every last one of the protesters that showed up, showed up to peacefully protest election fraud. The problem is that Democrats are so evil and so vile they had to send provocateurs into the crowd, using mob-mentality, to herd people into the Capitol Bldg, while the mainstream propaganda news networks were already queued up to regurgitate "insurrection" on to America, 24/7. Convincing the weak minded liberals who, apparently, have no clue what the word "insurrection" means.
