The powerful winds fanning the flames were generated by Hurricane Dora, a storm that was moving across the Pacific south of the Hawaiian islands. The hurricane is classified as a Category 4. The warmer oceans caused by climate change are causing more powerful hurricanes with more intense winds.

So what? This isn’t a “climate change” phenomenon… Hurricanes have developed over the oceans for multiple millennia.

Climate change is making them stronger.
