Teach morals in school, and stop allowing tons of people into America that just end up being a economic security threat by theft. Very sick and tired of petty theft adding up on businesses. Once there was a point in time where theft was serious, but now its kind of like speeding, nothing is done till one gets caught with serious theft. And of course the bigger the city the more theft. Try that in a small town and then your going to get the gavel.
