Well, technically it’s Merrick Garland, appointed by Biden, but it seems odd that democrats behave such as you. This is similar to Hillary Clinton’s aids destroying official state documents, and then saying “she” had nothing to do with it. It’s simple plausible deniability that no one actually believes. The Biden’s are corrupt and now, as head of the executive branch of government over the DOJ, they can direct the DOJ to go after Trump and then say “it was all Merrick Garland”. Washington is FULL of criminals, but they aren’t facing charges. It smells like B.S. to me.
