I have friends in different types of law enforcement. You don't bring out the dogs unless something serious has happened.

Apparently, some of the other police officers were shouting, "Do not release the dog - with his hands up." Perhaps the lesson is, there are all too often bad apples, and a society that condones violence of this type enables them.

State Troopers are authorized to pull over commercial vehicles for ANY mechanical violation. The driver refused to pull over for several miles. After he did pull over, he took off down the road again. Eventually spike strips brought his semi-truck to a stop.
A local police office is the one who unleashed the dog. It is unclear what he heard/didn’t hear state trooper say.

Yep . . . there is generally more to a story when leftists begin hating on the police while whining about 'innocent' minority citizens being unfairly treated. For one thing . . . almost no police forces in this nation still have white only staffing. So mix ethnicity police are STILL going to pick on their fellow minority citizens just for the hell of it? Thecops are still holding the evidence (shit thas was stolen from my shop, few grand worth) from my last 2 encounters, meanwhile the "perp" roams free and we've had to shell out $$ to replace said stolen shit plus property repairs, and when I and a couple fellow shop owners said we've had enough and may take matters into our own hands, all he said was, "do it off camera and dont go too far". Message heard. We have 8 cameras on my shop. So far the only thing video has been used for was a biker t boned a car couple weeks ago and we shared the video to the biker dude for insurance purposes and eventually face book. Lots of fight and assault videos and od videos too, we're in the ghetto of Nanaimo, very entertaining. Nah, cops dont really do shit and a horrible court system

If a cop does anything outside of extremely limiting 'standards' then he or she is likely to end up before a judge while those same leftists responsible for hobbling police and defunding police also allow criminals to hit the streets again and roam free.

Defunding the police WHILE hobbling them with insane leftist generated nitpicking crap pretty much explains why nobody should ever want to become a police officer and why hell-hole neighborhoods become standard inside any long time Dem Party controlled city.
