Understand the law. The cocaine was found at residence of the Biden family. The cocaine was found without a search warrant issued for probable cause. If it belonged to a family member, it is inadmissible in criminal proceedings. Case closed.

Why did they destroy the evidence? Usually, the evidence is kept in these cases until the case is closed. Now, I understand that the case IS closed, so what’s with all the“we can’t comment on ongoing investigations” bullshit, if they have closed the investigation?

The SS does NOT need a warrant to search the WH (and grounds) for anything jeopardizing the First family or heads of state. The government, including SS (and state county and city), NEEDS a warrant to search anyone’s residence for evidence against the resident. That is the Fourth Amendment.

If Hunter’s prints or dna were on the bag, (or he claims it is his) legally it is inadmissible in any court, including the court where he is being placed in a diversion program to avoid prosecution. Since no suspect outside of the First family is being pursued or identified, the likelihood is high it belongs to the First family.

The dilemma is which is more important, an individual’s rights or public knowledge? The truth cannot be put back in the bag once it is out.
