You still have us. And, speaking from experience here, you can get treatment if you need it in the form of therapy, medicine, or both. Personally I use both, and I used to be embarrassed about it until I had someone explain it to me like this:
"Some people need glasses to see. Is that their fault? If you break your arm and need a cast, is that in any way wrong? When people have allergies, they take medicine. Does that make them weird?
The answer to all of these questions is no, and same with getting treatment for depression. Or anxiety. Or schizophrenia. It's perfectly ok. "
And then there's just the fact that there are too many people and too many opinions to please everyone. So you might as well do what makes you feel your best. And if your family is of no help, you can ask a neighbor, teacher, friend, coach, etc.
If you're ever considering suicide, which I hope you're not, the suicide hotline is 988.
Feel better soon! :)
