it was an issue at one point, so if it's resolved then that's great! bitching isn't really the issue when you think of the substantial difference in a paycheck if you deduct that amount from each dollar.
the stereotype is that for every dollar a man makes a woman makes 75 cents. idk if it's still prevalent, which it very well could be, but it's supposed to show how it's the same amount of payment per because that's a woman's "dollar" if you will. nerdy facts ☝️🤓
