i would freeze every dictator in the world.
then i would trap them somewhere.
then i would steal some stuff from a store.

freeze basically every politician in existence, then put all of them into an active volcano, or within point-blank range of an F5 tornado, or in the depths of the mariana trench
obviously this is purely hypothetical and also only possible if the time-freeze still lets you move objects around even if that's kind of paradox-worthy

i would troll people, but only ones i hate. I would also tweak things in favour for people i like (i.e. my friend’s soccer game if she kicked and it wasn’t going to go in i could alter the angle and it would)

I would just troll people. Throw stuff at them from different angles that hit them when time unfreezes, carry people down the stairs when they try to walk up, put them back in a room when they try to exit.
And maybe unfreeze a couple of my close friends to help me with it.
