The Presidential Records Act is a 1978 law that allows presidents to decide what records to keep and take, regardless of what the National Archives and Records Administration thinks.

Yep . . . to find Trump 'guilty' of anything the same D.O.J. MUST find Bill Clinton, G.W. Bush, and Barack Obama equally guilty. Joe Biden, however, is even more guilty than any of them because his various caches of classified documents came from when he illegally walked off with them as both Senator and Vice President.
