We don't really have the time (nor the interest of most, and I'd guess you as well) to get into my thoughts on racism / white privilege, as they're both incredibly complicated subjects. I can sum it up though by saying both obviously exist. I think most just can't agree on the level to which they exist. Some say not at all while others feel it's to a great extent. As if often the case, the reality probably lies between the two extremes.
"I'm aware there is a "two tiered" justice system. Just look at how much time trump did for stealing from his own charity."
Wow, twice now in two days you've agreed with something I said! If I don't buy a lottery ticket on the way home tonight, then I'm the fool you probably think I am! But, sure, the easiest way to spot the multi-tiered justice system, as you pointed out, is how those with money navigate it versus those without money. And of course, there's the rampant fraud and abuse that's been well known about the Clinton foundation for years. Sadly, neither party has any kind of monopoly on bad judgment, poor behavior, or criminal activity.
Nice try at massive deflection there yolo, but I stick with my initial claim. The feckless waste of carbon known as Merrick Garland tried to claim that the prosecutor has autonomy, but anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that's pure BS. David Weiss, or anyone being a federal prosecutor in Delaware, should tell you all you need to know about influence and control of what goes on in that tiny burg. The corruption of the swamp is on all sides, not just the prosecutor's side.
There is enough corruption, obviously, on the defendant's side to go around.
And as a liberal, you of all people should be more than willing to tolerate claims about all kinds of things without having to provide actual proof. Hell, the entire Russian collusion narrative comes to mind as a good example of that. But then again, at least on the left, people can make the claim that they only know what the media tells them.
