His administration is making him prosecute his political opponents... Not Obama? To be fair maybe you believe Obama isn't out jet skiing around or whatever... maybe he's actually secretly in the administration, sitting around in the White House somewhere telling Biden what to do.. because reasons.

Anyway your wording kind of doesn't make sense in any case. If Biden is actually not at the helm then it would seem Biden is not really prosecuting his political opponents. Someone else is doing it for him on his behalf.......
