Well the difference is you actually gain something by getting pregnant. You get a baby, which some women actually want. But you gain literally nothing from getting kicked in the balls, other than excruciating pain.

DOL is a measurement for the intensity of pain based on your nociceptive response. DECIBEL is a logarithmic unit only used to measure sound.
