Mike Pence didn't send the election results back to the swing states because he had no such authority. How many times do you have to be told that?

FUN FACT.......

Bill Clinton had 8 years worth of classified audio tapes in his sock drawer, 79 in total. An Obama Judge correctly ruled that Clinton had the right to keep them under the Presidential Records Act.

Just by taking them, documents are deemed to be personal and unclassified under the Presidential Records Act. This is why the DOJ won't charge Trump for having classified documents. Instead, they're going to charge him with obstruction. Which is laughable considering that you can't obstruct an investigation into a non crime.

When the DOJ charges Trump with this, and a corrupt jury in DC finds him guilty, it will be appealed and tossed out by the Supreme Court. Which is exactly why Democrats are discussing packing the court.
