Aye . . . not every member of the military is cut out to be a high ranking general . . . and Mark A. Milley is the living proof of that adage. There is odor, reek, and odiferous stink . . . and then a few rungs farther on that scale, is this pretend general.

Although I am out, I still have friends in uniform, all tell me the same thing, they are waiting for retirement, they are all past the halfway point and will walk as soon as they can. They are taking classes and learning skills to earn a living away from the military. I did the same, I was offered double what I make now to work as a military contractor, I told them that I would never serve the evil empire again and that ended that.

My enlistment was brief and it was during the time shortly after we withdrew from Vietnam. We were still being tagged with the 'Baby Killers' accusations from 'good' liberal types. On the whole my brief exposure to military life was positive, but I would be hard pressed to recommend it to a youngster nowadays . . . which is sad. Too much SJW WOKE Political Correctness indoctrination with unhealthy doses of 'hate Whitey' CRT training.

That's what I am hearing too. Even my non-white and mixed friends are sick of the woke military and just buying time. They also tell me that training standards have fallen so low that that we would quickly lose a force on force battle.

Yep . . . when training standards slip for Equity politics then everything goes downhill fast.

He stopped being a warrior some time ago. He's a politician now, and whatever else he accomplished in his military career will be overshadowed by the disaster he has been as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I am beyond glad I'm a civilian again.
His 'leadership' has decimated morale. Except among the drag queen recruiting corps, anyway.
