California regularly tosses around ridiculous ideas that ultimately come to nothing, because they are unworkable. When i heard about the million dollar reparations idea, I had dismissed it as unworkable. I mean, basic math shows it's unworkable. But I need to remember math is racist, so we can't use it in our decision making.
