I have no idea how much data is left, but I do know about their revenue and server expenses.

They spend less than 5k per month on infrastructure and is 80% profitable. This should give you an idea of how much they can spend on servers.

Most likely unnecessary. These memes don't take up that much room. Places that serve video have a lot more to worry about when it comes to storage. Bandwidth is probably a much bigger issue for imgflip as there are demands to serve lots of views.
