It's interesting that the Left doesn't think that forcefully invading a legislature in operation does NOT constitute a leftist generated insurrection but having capitol police OPEN DOORS for Maga people IS an insurrection.

They didn't forcefully invade the Legistlature chamber. They stood outside and shouted at them with a bull horn.

Very scary.

However.

Despite that 4 minute video Tucker showed, MAGA did invade the capital building. They intended to stop the certification of the electoral college and stop the last step in the election of Biden.

I understand the levels of denial you're living in, but you're still wrong.

An insurrection by any other name is still an insurrection.

It's troubling that you can't tell the difference between a protest and an insurrection.

Commandeering a working House session is not a protest

Did they have a gallows erected outside? Were they chanting about hanging one of the elected officials inside?

Did they have tactical gear with restraining devices?

Did they break down the doors and smash the windows to get in?

Did they in any way attempt to seize control of the functions of government for their own purposes?

Was anyone inside the Chamber whisked away to a secure and secret location because of the threat of violence?

Did they enter into the Congressional Chamber?

All the reporting I've seen says they stood in the building, just outside the doors of the Chamber, with bullhorns.

That's not an insurrection.

So they worked in DC? WOW
