The Problem is you're ASSUMING that you understand the causes behind these shootings - but are clearly not willing to look at the other correlations and potential causative factors. For instance many of these shooters are on powerful Psychotropic drugs, which often carry warnings for homicidal and suicidal ideation. As I recall, Kleebold and Harris were both seeing the sane CIA Psychiatrist, Dr. Louis Jollyn (Jolly) West - who was also used to "examine" Sirhan Sirhan, but failed to note the tell-tale signs of Mind Control somehow.

Additionally, these kinds of shootings seem to occur when there's Gun Control legislation in the pipeline.
