Even if they aren't soldiers, typical strat is to just make lots of money in the US then send it back. Maybe knock up some young girls too for entertainment and only get a slap on the wrist.

Well they are pouring into the US because the last chance they will ever have. In 2024, even the Progressives will have changed their mind about running the US on Autopilot. Either way the US will choose someone to run the show in 2024, Democrat or Republican, because the will 4 if they try and pull on this no leadership thing for another 4 years.
