There is no "us and them" - only "us". I don't know if you saw what I wrote as response to this meme, on the page, above... Racism is an ugly and persistent human trait. It probably exists on a primal level, as a remnant of kinship identification. But it has social components as well. The meme has a bit of truth, in that the climate being fostered (for political purposes), tends to divide people, rather than uniting us towards a common purpose. As the sh_t hits the fan economically, we're going to be that much more susceptible to those kinds of impulses - and that will likely lead to dangerous trends in politics, from both sides of the monoparty blob.
One upside of the Plandemic, for me, was that it put me into contact with a much broader political coalition, with all of us resisting the tyrranical mandates, which come ultimately from the Bank of International Settlements, and down through the WEF and WHO, to your local political classes (but around the world). It helped me to see the humanity of a whole swath of folks with whom I've never had much in common. Yes - see them in real terms, even the ugly parts. But seeing the humanity in those who oppose you is an elevating thing. If you listen closely to the Rev. MLK Jr. - he talked an awful lot about it. "Hate can't drive out hate, only love can do that". If I could ask anything of all sides in these debates, it would be that we try to employ some strategic empathy.
