According to my understanding from interaction with the owner of Imgflip, Stream Owners and Stream Moderators of user created streams 𝘤𝘢𝘯 ban whomever they like, for any reason.

A based subset of Stream Owners and Stream Moderators of user created streams use Stream Rules and the Terms of Use to guide who gets banned.

If a user doesn't like the way a particular stream is run, they can find another stream or create their own.

As far as the rest, if users feel a particular image is against the Terms of Use, they can flag it or use
imgflip.com/request_removal

On the off chance users feel another user, Stream Owner or Stream Moderator is breaking the Terms of Use in a wholesale manner, they can feel free to email [email protected] or use the feedback form imgflip.com/feedback with very specific details on the extent and examples of Terms abuse.

He banned OlympianProduct and AndrewFinlayson from Real_Politics under his IG account, but banned me from Real_Politics under his BritishMormon account when I was a conservative

His actions are repugnant and his personality is revolting. Site mods should have a feature where they can fully ban someone and prevent them from making alts, sort of something like an IP ban if possible. And they can use it on people who are truly unruly like BritishMormon.

I don't think we have the technology to block the whole IP address, but this can mean IncognitoGuy could get a new device, to which it'll probably have a new IP address.
