Got it, thanks for the additional info.
A different "President", different Content, Conduct and Moderator actions that are unrelated to this page we're on and this stream we are in.
According to my understanding from interaction with the owner of Imgflip, Stream Owners and Stream Moderators of user created streams 𝘤𝘢𝘯 ban whomever they like, for any reason.
A based subset of Stream Owners and Stream Moderators of user created streams use Stream Rules and the Terms of Use to guide who gets banned.
If a user doesn't like the way a particular stream is run, they can find another stream or create their own.
As far as the rest, if users feel a particular image is against the Terms of Use, they can flag it or use
imgflip.com/request_removal
On the off chance users feel another user, Stream Owner or Stream Moderator is breaking the Terms of Use in a wholesale manner, they can feel free to email
[email protected] or use the feedback form
imgflip.com/feedback with very specific details on the extent and examples of Terms abuse.
That does not include so and so banned me from their stream.
