I was wondering now that you are Stream Owner, are you the final say on the mudslinging rule or can all the Stream Moderators act on it?

Any stream mod can act to enforce the mudslinging rule. All content must be from this stream or another related stream such as DMV, Bank, or breakaway streams like Sloth’s Government stream or IG’s ImgflipGovernment stream

Also the link you provided implies Scar is the mudslinging rule authority and has final say. If there is to be an authority and final say on applying the rule, it should be the Stream Owner.

Scar at that time was the stream owner, hence why it was written that way. I can assure you that he does not hold that authority currently, I do. We may get around to updating the mudslinging rule, as we’re already planning on updating the Constitution so we might as well take care of that issue as well.

As for the “when they can’t post literal porn” images, you and Scar did bring that whole can of worms here, since it is relevant to Presidents, it’s allowed per the mudslinging rule. Of course if you wanted to unfeature them anyway, you are allowed to as they do technically violate Imgflip TOS, but it’s generally accepted that we do consent to some mudslinging by participating here.

Minimum amount of followers to represent a stream is 50. We cannot allow senators to represent streams so small because people won't know about the stream. Otherwise, you can talk to killerSaul547 about him announcing you as a senator. But I could also recommend that you could represent the COSPLAY stream as you moderate that stream

Sorry about my reply yesterday, was in the middle of a discussion about the position and a name of someone popped up in connection to the stream which got me to say no as that presence meant I wouldn't be in for a pleasant time and would get timers for the most unusual and unfathomable reasons.
Plus the whole focus on IG can be funny, but it gets played out after a while too.
