If you have greater skills then someone and the company knows it and chooses a minority isn't that braking the amendment where you cant be bias based on there gender/race because of black pepole unable to get jobs and now its switched around
wanting one race in power and trying to force diversity will lead to the same exact things; shafting people because of racism and giving people things because they’re the “good race”. they’re both racist and both unproductive.

Why can't we just value people based on their overall disposition and talent in certain things and not what race they are?
