Well they're 3 different types of show.
Aggretsuko is basically a realistic slice of life show that just so happens to have chibi anthros.
Beast Stars, while very much centered around the fact they are animals, is very harsh and serious, almost a furry Noir.
Brand New Animal is something more action adventure and chaotic in comparison, a show I probably would've appreciated most in my teens, whose concept is sci fi and fantasy for it's world more than a down to earth or heavy show where the furry aspect is mostly just aesthetic (aggretsuko) or played upon as mostly a social dynamic (Beast Stars).
So they have 3 different tones.
Ask yourself, what are you going for?
Zootopia meets The Office?
Zootopia meets The Wire?
Or Zootopia meets a Marvel Movie?
