Libs had been demanding Trump quit long before stairs. And while Trump’s health had always been considered an issue, he was shielded by medical examiners who tried to confidently claim he was at peak health despite the obvious mental and physical deterioration. The ramp walk was just funny, but not a validation to the demand he leave.

What they did do was compare Trump’s statements about his predecessors and call him a hypocrite.
People who believe Trump shouldn’t resume his time in office have far greater concerns than his ability to handle a ramp.
