The people themselves have as much dignity as every other person and should be treated with true love and respect. That being said I don't think encouraging and promoting even enforcing acceptance of behaviors that are harmful to themselves and others is the loving and respectful thing to do.

Completely agree about the pandering, virtue signaling is mega cringe. I do think a lot of people in the conservative movement however attack the gays either due to religious reasons, lumping the normal ones in with the crazies, or just being sick of seeing all the virtue signaling and we need to remember that most of them are just normal people like you and me.

I agree with you. I have never intended hatred toward anyone in the LGBTQ+ crowd and don't act in a hateful way because of my religious beliefs, you know that probably better than anyone here. What saddens me is the overt corruption of innocent children, trying to convince them that they will never be accepted unless they modify even mutilate themselves, the distortion of true femininity and masculinity, the attacks on marriage. The diminishing of sex from its sacred purpose of unity between a husband and wife and the procreation of new life into mere recreation, animalistic mating and sometimes barbaric abuse. All pushed by the media and woke corporations 24/7/365 and anyone who disagrees is vilified and criminalized. That's what is destroying our society. Not the individuals who might have some tendencies or confusion, disphoria, lack of self esteem, and trying to be accepted but brainwashed by liberal media.

So people are supposed to never have sex unless it is for the specific purpose of procreation? Because you’re losing pretty much all leftists and independents as well as plenty of conservatives if you expect everyone to practice absolute abstinence with the sole exception for procreation. This is part of the reason I lean towards libertarians instead of religious conservatives, what happens in my bedroom is my business and the business of whoever I invite into my bedroom and no one else. I can agree that society is too permissive when it comes to the topic of sex, but as long as they’re consenting adults, leave them be. Also, no, gay people getting married is not an attack on marriage. Same sex couples have just as much right to be together as straight couples. It’s fine if a church doesn’t want to wed gay people, that’s them practicing their religious beliefs as is their First Amendment right, but to deny marriage via the government or a willing religious organization is never something that I will ever support.

I never said sex was only for procreation, that is a part of it. It's main purpose is for a husband and wife to renew their marriage vows in the complimentarity of their bodies, pleasure is also an important part of it. Something same sex couples can't experience because it's physically impossible there is no complimentarity in 2 males or 2 females or a threesome or an orgy. It's a distortion. Sure what people do in their bedrooms is their business, but it doesn't make it right or fulfilling its purpose. I can insist a knife is a spoon all i want and no one can stop me but it's not going to help me to eat my soup because that's not a knife's purpose.

Not only am I pretty sure gay people having sex is possible, I’m pretty sure gay people can also find sex pleasurable and that they can find that they complement one another. Just because you don’t personally think it has a purpose doesn’t mean someone else can’t find purpose in it. I’m not religious so church has no spiritual purpose to me, but I can recognize that church also has a communal purpose and that is something I think a lot of people are missing, even if you think someone who can’t get spiritual purpose out of church but still seeing value in church doesn’t make sense. And yes, it’s true that LGBTQ aren’t producing kids via traditional sex. So what? There are plenty of children in the foster care system who would love to go to a wonderful home, regardless of whether they’re getting a new mom and dad, 2 moms, 2 dads, or whatever weirdo thing the rest of the alphabet comes up with.

How about instead of calling my views PeeToo and far left, you argue your point about why gays should not have sex or kids? I mean would you rather that foster kids remain in the care of the state? After all, we all know that we can always trust the government to do what’s right for our nation’s children and make sure they reach adulthood as hardworking well adjusted members of society, especially with Joe Biden running the show, and we all know how much Joe Biden loves kids! You could give a child to a normal same sex couple, and leave another in the care of the state, and I‘d be willing to bet that the kid raised by gays turns out a helluva lot better than the ward of the state. Not to mention that in the case of bisexuals, most of them wind up in heterosexual relationships anyway, so they’ll be having kids no matter what. And as for the whole gay sex issue, who cares? As long as they’re consenting adults, leave them be. It’s none of our business.

Agree that most of them are just normal people like you and me, however displays like this make that a difficult fact to remember. There are many more outrageous displays, but I didn't want to flood the zone.
