If your account was deleted, then your account violated Imgflip terms in some major way, irrespective of any of the house rules here on this stream or any single post that you may have made.
Specifically, your former account’s username and activity seemed designed entirely to impersonate, target, and throw shade on one particular user. This has happened before, you’re not the first and I suspect won’t be the last to try to engage with the platform that way. That’s properly categorized as harassment, and yes, it’s a TOS violation.
