Classified Top Secret file

Like since he wasn’t president, Biden had absolutely no reason or authorization to have any classified documents and he lacked the power to declassify them. If you believe mishandling classified documents is a high crime it applies regardless of who does it, doesn’t it?

Too bad it wasn’t President Obama. It was the Vice president who can’t declassify any documents. Much less intelligence files on the Ukraine, Iran and others. Hypocrisy is the lefts calling card.

Obama could theoretically say tomorrow oh ya I declassified those for him when I was president. That's what seems ridiculous about the idea of mental declassification.

Mentally declassified only works for the president themself I guess. Either way it’s another nothing burger just like Trumps, but if you hold a conviction that mishandling classified docs requires investigation, charges and jail time, then it is hypocritical and highly partisan to apply it only against those you dislike.

I do understand somewhat ironically that trump himself started some new law or laws about handling documents prior to himself getting caught having and (lying about having) documents.

In any case, the Feds clearly planted those documents to stick it to Biden.
