Best part is that at 6 charging stops at $25 - 30 a pop, that's $150 -180 just for one day. With all of those stops they're not making any time and extending a 20 hour trip to two days easily, if not three.

If they'd have rented an ICE car that got just 30 mpg they'd have spent $150 on gas for the entire trip.
