My family came in the 1600's and 1700's. I have an ancestor who owned slaves. But just the same, I never owned a slave. I do not want slavery back in this country. I think it is horrible that one man believes he can own another man. It is just as horrible as when a government thinks they can own a man or woman. Both kinds of slavery are absolutely evil. Our government is trying as hard as it can on owning every one of us.
